Cancellation Policy
### Policy on Guests, Children, and Cancellations #### Respect for Our Staff and Clients 1. **No Extra Guests**: Please do not bring extra guests. 🚫 2. **Children**: Only bring children if they are receiving a service. 👶 3. **Respect for Service Providers**: Avoid scheduling appointments on days when you are time-restricted. ⏳ #### Cancellation and Rescheduling - Notify our stylists 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. - Cancellations may incur a fee: 15% of total services or a $50 minimum, whichever is greater. - Fee waivers are at the stylist’s discretion; frequent cancellations will be subject to all fees.
